1. The Project Preview (Day 1)

Once your job is submitted, our team doesn’t just throw it into the queue. We run a structured project preview to flag any missing info, architectural mismatches, or spec ambiguities.

This step eliminates most of the avoidable delays later in the process — the ones that come from chasing clarifications mid-draw.

2. Kickoff Form and File Check

Next, we guide you through our kickoff form – a simple worksheet that captures everything we need: highlighted scope, quote forms, architectural sets, and system preferences.

Don’t have something? That’s fine – we’ll tell you what we can work from.

3. Mid-Project Questions (Handled Promptly)

As drafting progresses, questions come up — and we don’t wait until the end to ask them. You’ll get a clear email (or sometimes a Zoom) from our drafter or scheduling manager so we can resolve issues before they stall the job.

This isn’t “set it and forget it.” It’s a real partnership.

4. Drawing Review and Revisions

When the drawings are ready, we ask for your feedback and apply any requested revisions – often keeping the same drafter on the file so nothing gets lost in translation.
Need engineering? We’ll handle that coordination for you and wrap it into the same PO.
